Driving consumer lifetime value through loyalty strategies is at the heart of our team's mission. We're seeking a talented professional to join us in designing and managing loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and profitability.

The Regional Loyalty Strategy team sits within the Marketing organisation, overseeing consumer loyalty across business verticals, markets, and ecosystems. Your primary goal will be to structure and manage well-loved loyalty programs, shape consumer behaviour, and incorporate Grab's wider ecosystem and strategic partners.

  • You will report to the Head of Regional Loyalty Strategy and work together with regional stakeholders to achieve these objectives.
  • Develop an understanding of our consumers' behaviour based on user research and observed data. Translate these insights into applicable knowledge that improves desired outcomes.
  • Communicate the business strategy and value proposition of loyalty plans to regional business verticals and product teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to bring loyalty's plans to life.
  • Rapid experimentation and deployment are key to validating insights and translating them into scaled-up solutions.
What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in management consulting, strategy, business intelligence, or analytics.
  • Comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets.
  • Ability to identify big-picture cause-and-effects and deep-dive into granular problems.
  • Excellent project management skills with collaboration across departments and levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with presentation, debate, and influence abilities.
