The Government Sector Procurement Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to support procurement and administrative tasks.

  • This position will be working closely with the Government Agency, supporting their projects and assisting internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting procurement tasks, including coordination with internal teams and HQ.
  • Providing administrative support to committees, ensuring timely communication.
  • Assisting in project management, including procurement and timeline tracking.
  • Recording and referring complaints or requests from stakeholders.
  • Compiling data and reports for meetings.

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Government Administration and Procurement, including secretarial duties is required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
