**Salary**: 7000-9000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget across the project lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders from public sector agencies and ensure alignment with governance and compliance frameworks.
- Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and external vendors.
- Conduct regular status reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to government IT security, procurement, and audit policies.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system rollout, and post-deployment reviews.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working on **government/public sector**IT initiatives (e.g., e-services, citizen portals, legacy system upgrades, etc.).
- Familiarity with **Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies**.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and client-facing communication skills.
- Familiar with project budgeting, procurement processes, and SLA management in a public sector context.
