Store Operations Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with WARABIMOQI PTE. LTD., a well-established Japanese Dessert Brand.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Beverages and Desserts: You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and desserts that meet our brand standards.
  • Taking Orders and Serving: You will take orders from customers, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stall Opening/Closing: You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, including setting up and cleaning equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Basic Housekeeping and Cleanliness: You will maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Able to Work Independently: You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Good Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Capable of Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Creative and Fun-Loving: You will contribute to a positive and engaging store atmosphere, being creative and enthusiastic about your work.
  • Team Player: You will work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting each other to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Positive Attitude: You will maintain a positive attitude, being proactive, and solutions-focused in your approach.
  • Training Provided: We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for this role.
  • Experience in F&B: While experience in the food and beverage industry is desirable, it is not mandatory.
