Job Title: Channel and Partner Growth Strategist

This pivotal leadership role drives revenue growth through indirect sales, building a robust partner ecosystem that accelerates market penetration and enhances customer value.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in channel and partner sales, preferably within the data centre, infrastructure, or cloud technology space, as well as a proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and delivering measurable revenue through indirect sales.

  • Developing a high-impact channel and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth through system integrators, technology partners, resellers, consultants, and construction partners across the region.
  • Identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic partnerships with data centre design/build firms, MEP contractors, cloud providers, global SIs, VARs, and infrastructure consultants.
  • Driving indirect revenue and pipeline growth through scalable partner programs, co-selling initiatives, and joint business plans.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders are essential for this role. Leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams is also necessary.
