- Key Responsibilities:
- Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations across multiple concepts.
- Lead, train and supervise service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle guest relations professionally and resolve feedback.
- Monitor floor performance and ensure smooth coordination with culinary and bar teams.
- Assist in stock management, rostering and cost control measures.
- Uphold hygiene, safety and service standards.
- Requirements:
- 3-5 years of F&B experience with supervisory or assistant manager background.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced multi-concept environment.
- PASSION for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
