Project Manager - FF&E Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) management and be able to coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients to deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail. They will also have experience with project scheduling software and be proficient in using tools such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop FF&E concepts, presentations, and material boards
  • Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes
  • Maintain FF&E schedules, specifications, and documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in project liaison is essential
  • Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure
  • Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
