Project Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our team in managing FF&E projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, architecture or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement FF&E concepts, presentations, and material boards to meet client needs.
  • Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with project objectives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate FF&E schedules, specifications, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and materials relevant to project requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and functional design requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project liaison or management.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, particularly under pressure, to drive project forward.
  • Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, and Photoshop to support project deliverables.
