You will be responsible for managing FF&E in all design phases (Ph1 to Ph4), from design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specifications and schedules including obtaining material unit cost reference information.

Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Working closely with the design team in concept and design development.
  • Responsible for selecting and preparing FF&E presentation of materials and finishes.
  • Coordinating with the design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives and 2D/3D renderings.
  • Working closely with the design team to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and client's agreement.
  • Ensuring that project assignments are completed within the given deadline.
  • Working closely and assisting in coordination with consultants and clients when the need arises.
  • Preparing full sets of FF&E specifications and documentation for tender & construction drawings.
  • Reviewing shop drawings from suppliers and contractors.
  • Attending site meetings and site/factory inspection to review materials and furniture.
  • Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
  • Assisting in overseeing the work & performance of FF&E designers.
  • Able to coordinate, delegate, give feedback, and mentor subordinates regarding their work.
