Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our Consumer Banking team in Singapore.

  • This role involves handling operational transaction activities, customer enquiries, data maintenance and report preparation on a daily basis.

  • You will be responsible for executing customer transactions accurately and timely, including cheque handling, cash deposits/withdrawals/transfers, loan payments and account opening/closure.

  • Cash drawer reconciliation, coin and note counting and packaging are also part of your duties.

  • A thorough knowledge of the bank's products and services is required to address customers' enquiries and needs promptly and effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree qualification or higher is essential.

  • Product knowledge on savings accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, is necessary.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude are crucial.

  • You must be self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently with high accuracy.

  • No prior experience in banking is required. Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
