Key Responsibilities
- A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement effective staff wellness strategies, which aim to reduce mental health stigma and promote awareness on mental wellbeing.
- You will be responsible for managing the development and building of frameworks, programmes and initiatives to support staff in distress.
- This position involves leading special mental wellbeing-focused events/activities to facilitate awareness building and capacity development amongst staff.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff mental wellness initiatives and programmes.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and implementing frameworks, programmes and initiatives to support staff in distress.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead special mental wellbeing-focused events/activities to facilitate awareness building and capacity development amongst staff.
