
Manager of Staff Wellbeing

As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and motivation.
The job holder will lead the team in developing and managing staff benefits interventions, focusing on corporate social responsibility and wellbeing. They will collaborate with the cluster and team to manage wellbeing programs at national, cluster, and institutional levels. The manager will also oversee the execution of the Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/Pulse Survey and partner with departments on post-survey action plans.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Manage and coordinate staff benefits and wellbeing programs.
- Develop and execute the Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/Pulse Survey.
- Support programs and activities promoting holistic employee wellbeing.
- Partner with the cluster to roll out programs/events for staff.
- Assist in administrative operations such as managing HR Intranet and processing payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare environment or policy review is advantageous; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, commitment, and results-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business writing skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, positive attitude, able to work with all staff levels.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
