Job Title: Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement and Wellness
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Employee Engagement and Wellness initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage staff benefits interventions that align with corporate social responsibility and wellbeing objectives.
- Work closely with cluster teams to manage wellbeing programs at national, cluster, and institution levels.
- Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post survey action planning.
- Support the team in driving programs and activities that promote employees' holistic wellbeing.
- Partner with Cluster to roll out cluster-wide programs/events for staff.
- Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting of administering and processing payment matters.
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience in the healthcare environment or policy review would be an added advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, with attention to details and numbers, committed, and results-driven.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel, and Powerpoint).
