JR18934 Wellbeing Specialist - Malaysia

The Wellbeing Specialist will work within the Global Wellbeing team providing primary support to the Micron team members of Malaysia, delivering both local and corporate wellbeing programming, and maintain oversight of the onsite wellness spaces. Additional duties involve support of site, team member events and activities, promotion of corporate wellness initiatives and general support of the mission/strategy of the Global Wellbeing, Workplace and Advocacy Team. The role will partner closely with Team Member Advocate Malaysia, and reports to the Manager, Asia Wellbeing.

**Duties include**:

- Deliver strategy-focused corporate wellbeing initiatives and worksite wellness promotions across Malaysia.
- Provide site-level health promotion support, and program expertise.
- Deliver programs that support physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.
- Provide effective solutions for ensuring team members are aware of Wellbeing programs, resources, and opportunities.
- Strong partnership with local Team Member Advocate to increase awareness of mental and emotional health at site through events, education, and core tool utilization.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include site leadership, People team, D, E &I, facilities, and the Micron foundation. External partners include established vendor partners, peers, and community resources.
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups and awareness of their activity planning.
- Contribute to driving team member engagement by creating opportunities to interact onsite and virtually.
- Facilitate core wellbeing content (virtually and in-person) to groups of all sizes.
- Plan and facilitate information tables, workshops, and educational presentations.
- Understand all functions within Human Resources and determine how to complement other functional efforts.
- Create and manage a Malaysia Wellbeing Microsoft Teams page.
- Solicit feedback from team members and leaders to ensure programs and offerings are meeting their needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Science Degree in wellness, psychology, health sciences or human resources
- 2+ years in corporate wellness, behavioral health, fitness related industry preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication are a must.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to travel within region.
- High level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work with executive level staff.
- Experience in multinational company and tech industry preferred.
