About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this position. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for client engagement, candidate matching, and ensuring seamless placements.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Arrange interviews and follow up to secure placements.

Candidate Management

You will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments of candidates.
  • Coordinating training and orientation with accredited centers.
  • Providing ongoing support and counseling to candidates post-placement.

Documentation & Compliance

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and authorization forms.
  • E nsuring all documentation meets relevant regulations.
  • Tracking work permits, medicals, and insurance requirements.

Communication & Branding

Your role will involve:

  • Drafting professional messages for various platforms.
  • H ighlighting candidate strengths and agency credibility in all materials.
  • Translating and formatting guides/checklists for diverse client needs.

Conflict Resolution

You will also play a key role in:

  • M ediating disputes between employers and candidates with tact and fairness.
  • P roposing solutions that align with legal and ethical standards.
