Senior Manager, Employer Advisory and Transformation

The Senior Manager, Employer Advisory and Transformation will lead the development and implementation of employer advisory services to support workplace and workforce transformation. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with employers, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

This position requires a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in leadership, consultancy, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as expertise in digital transformation, talent management, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for employer advisory services, aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency, accessibility, and employer self-help.
  • Collaborate with research centers to generate insights, case studies, and HR playbooks to reinforce thought leadership and support progressive employment practices.
  • Manage grants and programs to provide one-stop services guiding employers in navigating workforce and workplace schemes.
  • Represent the organization in forums and industry dialogues, advocating employer perspectives on workplace and workforce transformation and policies.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business, Law, Human Resource, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leadership, consultancy, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and manage high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Financially astute with experience in budget management and grant administration.
