Job Title:
Chief Legal Advisor

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to provide timely and efficient legal support to our organization. The successful candidate will primarily support our Singapore operations, but may also be required to provide regional support in China, Australia, and Indonesia.

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines. He/She will also advise on disputes/litigation, administer intellectual property and proprietary information, and draft corporate documents such as shareholder and board resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines
  • Advising on disputes/litigation
  • Administering intellectual property and proprietary information
  • Drafting corporate documents

Requirements:
  • Good law degree from NUS or SMU or recognized overseas law degrees
  • Called to the Singapore Bar
  • 6 to 8 years PQE and in-house legal counsel experience
  • Strong corporate and commercial background

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certified Specialist in Corporate Law
  • Fellowship of the Singapore Institute of Directors
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
