Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual who can drive student success, master centre operations, build lasting relationships, and champion continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for hopeful parents and students, understanding their needs, articulating the transformative power of our programs, and scheduling consultations with our academic coaches. The successful candidate will also take ownership of the centre's smooth running, from managing student records and processing payments with precision to ensuring our learning environment is always perfect.

As a trusted advisor to parents and a vital support pillar for our teachers, the ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin and provide exceptional customer service. They will also have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to our processes and customer experience.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of a Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations role. Essential qualifications include full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
