Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Care and Support Liaison to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide support and care to boarding students, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and staff to build a positive and nurturing community.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to student welfare and support.
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment or capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working with boarding students.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (a plus).
