This role offers an opportunity to deliver dietetic services to diverse community groups while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community partners. As a Community Dietitian, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of community nutrition programs, creating innovative resources and engaging activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized nutrition care and education to patients in community hospitals and residents in the community
  • Designing and conducting community health workshops and outreach programs
  • Creating self-management resources for residents
  • Implementing digital-first nutrition care through virtual consultations and digital empowerment
  • Contributing to population health research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with primary care providers, community nurses, and other health professionals in the community
  • Supporting community initiatives implementation within SingHealth Regional Health System

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Community nutrition/population health experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Fluency in multiple languages preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is advantageous.

This is an entry-level position in a full-time capacity, requiring a health care provider with expertise in hospitals and health care industries.
