Our ideal candidate is a highly driven, passionate and experienced professional who can develop and drive innovative integrated marketing strategies and campaigns leveraging on consumer/ market insights to achieve business objectives.

• Conceptualize, develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
• Develop, launch and optimize ROI-driven advertising campaigns across the digital landscape including search, social, display, mobile and other online marketing channels
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop the right customer propositions for products and ensure consistent delivery of messaging across all customers' communication touch points
• Monitor and review effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns and any other marketing initiatives for optimized results
• Lead and develop effective online and offline product/campaign marketing assets and ensure timely implementation of campaigns
• Conduct propositions/ideas/concepts testing with customers and distribution channels
• Proactively find opportunities within the marketplace and stay on top of industry and market trends to generate new ideas and ensure effectiveness of customer propositions
• Use data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimize results
• Ensure all marketing materials are compliant and applicable with regulatory requirements
• Manage the day-to-day operational activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross functional implementation, campaign analysis, tracking and reporting as necessary

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years' proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns with minimum guidance. They must have good understanding or prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry and be able to think big, work independently and have curiosity to discover ways to enable business outcomes.

They must be self-driven, good team player and proactive with excellent project management skills, strong relationship management and attention to details. They must also be creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. Good understanding of the insurance or financial products is a plus.
