Job Description

The successful candidate will conduct business integrity due diligence on partners, vendors, and investments, including ongoing monitoring, updates, and documentation of findings. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Business Integrity, Legal, and Commercial, to ensure effective implementation of corporate governance frameworks, internal policies, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate integrity-related issues, gather facts, support root cause analysis, and track follow-up actions and remediation efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and drafting of business integrity training materials for internal stakeholders and investment teams.
