We are seeking a skilled Administrative Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks including human resources management, office administration, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and office supplies procurement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Provide support for company meetings and events.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative services or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
