Job Title: Software Engineering Leader

This leadership position oversees the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on deploying scalable solutions that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure automation, cloud computing, and containerization technologies. A strong background in DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery pipelines, is also required.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align deployment processes with business objectives is crucial. The selected individual must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Additionally, certification in relevant technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and automate infrastructure and deployments across various environments
  • Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Ensure application availability and performance through observability and monitoring
  • Develop strategies for improving deployment frequency and reducing lead time
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and client development teams to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in platform, program, or product ownership with a proven track record of delivery
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Expertise in cloud computing, containerization, and infrastructure automation tools
  • Experience with policy enforcement tools and SRE principles
