This role is a pivotal position in designing, developing, and maintaining the online banking platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions for the internet banking platform.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in internet banking and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
- Identify and resolve any issues in the software applications to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes and technical specifications.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with security standards and protocols to safeguard user data.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking domain and internet banking systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
