About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify invoices for payment to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage invoice processing, including review, verification, and expense coding, to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Process and manage payment transactions, guaranteeing on-time payments, contract adherence, and meticulous record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
- Manage vendor relationships and payment processes, ensuring prompt issue resolution and timely payments.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts payable transactions through reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, support audit and GST filing requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Accounting or Finance, more than two years of experience in accounts payable or finance-related roles, strong knowledge of SAP accounting software, expertise in Microsoft Excel, and excellent problem-solving skills.
