Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at ISOTeam Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes. This includes:

  • Managing accounts and preparing monthly management reports in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing the work of accounts assistants and providing guidance as needed.
  • Maintaining cash flow by monitoring account receivable collection and liaising with customers.
  • Preparing budget forecasts for the company.
  • Liaising with external parties such as auditors and tax agents to ensure statutory and tax requirements are met.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and committed individual with excellent inter-personal skills to make a real impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

(A) Specific :

  • Handle full set of account and prepare monthly management report on time.
  • Review the work of accounts assistant and provide guidance for them.
  • Manage the company cash flow by monitoring on the account receivable collection and liaising with the customers.
  • Preparation of budget forecast for the company.
  • Ensure that all the statutory and tax requirements for the company are met by liaising with various external parties such as auditors and tax agent.

(B) General :

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

  • Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
