Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Compass Group (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the finance operations in one of our clients.


The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with various departments, including Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and Customers, to ensure seamless financial operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage all finance functions, including billing, labor reconciliations, and validation.
  • Review goods receipts reports, verify petty cash, settle vendors' issues on invoices, and chase credit notes.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure correct application of contractual requirements and compliance with key financial controls.
  • Ensure timely reporting of transactions for month-end close by working closely with multiple departments.
  • Work closely with the Finance Team in HQ to agree on proper treatment of business transactions.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and independent.
  • Team player, dynamic, driven, and always takes initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure, handle high volumes of documents, and meet tight financial deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite, particularly Google Spreadsheets.
