Job Title: Data Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our user operations and email marketing efforts, you will be responsible for driving user engagement and lifetime value through data-driven insights.


About the Role:
  • End-to-end user communication channels: EDM, Push Notifications, and more in the US market.
  • Test and optimize comms and content strategy to boost user lifetime value.
  • Build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with growth, content, product, and design teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with data regulations.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing.
  • Experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Skills in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
