Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital CRM Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with project release operations and brand teams to develop a channel-user-scenario matching model. This model will align with key regional and global goals, incorporating game content and user behavior data, ensuring precise marketing and the achievement of core project objectives. Your responsibilities will include creating standardized processes (SOPs) for managing multiple projects, reducing collaboration friction. Additionally, you will expand the capabilities of our in-house CRM system by defining measurable process optimization goals and collaborating with the tech team to improve system efficiency and flexibility. You will also stay ahead of industry trends by introducing new practices such as AI, low-code content, and chatbots. Furthermore, you will lead research on CRM innovations and apply findings to improve departmental performance. Lastly, you will support team development in data insights, system thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
