Financial Technology Specialist

About the Role:

The Crypto Trading Desk is a newly formed, global team focusing on digital asset and derivative trading. We leverage cutting-edge technology to develop and enhance strategies and trading operations across proprietary and client-facing businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and optimize strategy performance
  • Intraday market and credit risk management
  • Basic back office and site reliability monitoring
  • Communication and coordination with the global Crypto Trading team

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience working at a financial institution; crypto experience a plus but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred; strong graduates also considered
  • Programming experience (Python, SQL, Java, or C++)
  • Be a dependable, trustworthy, highly self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual
  • Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to communicate information precisely and with agility
  • A person who identifies issues and creates solutions without rigid direction or fanfare
