**Overview**:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Digital Asset Trade and Custody Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing the operational aspects of digital asset trading activities as well as custody operations. You will collaborate closely with traders, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution, custody management, and adherence toregulatory requirements. Experience with digital exchange and custody platform operations is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute digital asset trades across various trading platforms and exchanges.
- Monitor trade execution to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with trading strategies and risk management guidelines.
- Manage trade settlements, including confirmation, reconciliation, and reporting of trades.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve trade-related issues and discrepancies.
- Oversee digital asset custody operations, including safekeeping, transfers, and reconciliation of assets.
- Ensure the security and integrity of digital assets held in custody, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement and enhance custody solutions and infrastructure.
- Maintain and update custody systems, databases, and documentation to support custody operations.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews of custody processes to identifyand mitigate risks.
- Stay informed about regulatory developments and industry best practices related to digital asset custody operations.
- Assist with the onboarding of new custody clients and integration with custody platforms.
- Provide support and assistance to traders, analysts, and other team members regarding custody-related inquiries

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital asset trading and custody operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital asset markets, trading instruments, and trading platforms.
- Familiarity with trade execution processes, order routing, trade confirmation, and settlement.
- Experience with digital exchange and custody platform operations isa plus.
- Proficiency in using trading systems, custody platforms, APIs, and other trading-related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attentionto detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to digital asset trading and custody operations
