We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Support Specialist to join our team. As an EI Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning journey of young children with special needs.

About the Role
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning, classroom preparation and teaching in classes, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Conduct assessments, implement strategies, monitor progress, and evaluate goals for students, ensuring each child receives personalized support.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a safe and engaging space for all learners.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to ensure seamless communication and shared goals for each student's learning journey.
Requirements
  • NITEC or equivalent qualification; 3 GCE 'O' Level passes (including English language) is preferred.
  • Experience working with young children using English as a medium of instruction, showcasing your adaptability and patience.
  • A strong interest in working with children with developmental/special needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, or Down Syndrome.
