Early Childhood Special Education Teacher: Birth to

As a centre-based **Early Interventionist,**
You are expected to:
- Lead a class and accommodate the diverse needs of young children.
- Teach in a one-on-one setting
- Modify instruction and make adaptations
- Use ABA, positive reinforcement, and behavioral management strategies
- Plan and write children’s IEP and term progress reports.
- Implement special educational strategies and techniques during lessons.
- Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate those objectives to students.
- Maintain accurate and complete daily student records.
- Provide a different variety of instructional practices.
**Onboarding**:
You will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills to effectively implement our specialized curriculum.
**Remuneration**:
The salary for the position will be further determined based on your individual skills and experience. It aligns with our commitment to ensure fair compensation that reflects both the industry standard and the individual qualifications and contributions one brings to our team.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) (SDESN) awarded by NIEC
- Degree in Special Education
- Behavioural Modification Training
