In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer disputes, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and fairly.
The key duties of this position include:
- Handling a high volume of customer complaints and disputes, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely updates and resolve disputes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to resolve disputes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing customer complaints and identifying trends, implementing process improvements to prevent future disputes.
- Providing training and guidance to junior staff members on dispute resolution best practices and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar environment.
