Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Learning Technologies
  • 1+ years' experience in learning and development operations
  • Program administration and coordination experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in learning management systems
  • Knowledge in data processing and reporting
  • Data processing and basic analytical skills
  • Basic presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Proficiency in computing skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • HRIS or LMS knowledge preferred
