Job Summary

As a Business Learning Partner, Learning Solutions Specialist at DBS Bank Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business strategic priorities through effective learning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in learning and development to support the bank's mission of attracting, retaining, and nurturing talent.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of business functions and learning solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative learning solutions that align with business strategy and support core capabilities. Your excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills will enable you to partner with internal stakeholders to drive learning agendas and execute best-in-class leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and develop learning solutions to support business strategic priorities
* Design, implement, and maintain innovative DBS Academy solutions that align functional knowledge, processes, and policies with business strategy and build core capabilities
* Partner with internal stakeholders to drive learning agendas/roadmaps or strategic programs through Learning Councils, Human Capital Councils
* Partner with DBS Leadership Institute to execute best-in-class leadership development, team effectiveness, and personal effectiveness programs
* Drive flawless execution of learning solutions to create a joyful employee journey
* Identify, evaluate, and deliver appropriate learning interventions to internal stakeholders through the use of stand-up facilitation, in-house resources, and/or external consultants/vendors

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in business functions and learning solutions. You will possess excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as the ability to represent quantitative information in a visual form that facilitates effective decision making. Your excellent team player skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills, and ability to work with matrix reporting and complex organizations will enable you to succeed in this role.

Requirements

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strategic, able to lead conversations and provide customer-centric approaches to influence and/or assist senior stakeholders
* Ability to provide independent and objective advice to key internal stakeholders as needed
* Proficient/strong verbal and writing skills
* Ability to represent quantitative information in a visual form that facilitates effective decision making
* Effective team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills and able to work with matrix reporting and highly complex organizations
* Can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to solve process and operational problems in a highly matrixed organization
* Excellent working attitude with strong work ethics and commitment to meeting deadlines
* Possesses a growth mindset, is agile, and adaptable and willing to learn from lessons learned
* Able to manage program design and has strong stand-up delivery/facilitation experience
* Experience in change management, leading regional learning projects or programs across multiple stakeholders, with multiple deliverables and multi-year timelines
* Experience in vendor negotiations and management will be advantageous
* Degree holder with at least 10 years of Learning and Development experience. Relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
* Professional certifications such as Facilitation, Executive Coaching/Mentoring, etc. will be advantageous
