As a Strategic Product Director, you will be part of the Digital Translation Team responsible for developing innovative digital products that cater to the maritime industry. You will provide strategic oversight to a cross-functional team to deliver impactful digital solutions for the maritime sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver product outcomes aligned with strategic goals. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver product outcomes aligned with strategic goals.\
  • Overseeing resource allocation, performance management, and team development.\
  • Driving strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution of digital products and implementations.\
  • Continually refining the product vision, business operating model, and pricing strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.\
  • Analysing user needs, market trends, and product performance to inform redesigns and enhancements.\
  • Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and research institutions.\
  • Ensuring alignment with project goals, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.\
  • Preparing and presenting regular project and product performance reports to senior leadership.\
  • Prioritising product backlogs and managing trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, and technical constraints.\
  • Ensuring agile delivery processes are followed, working closely with cross-functional teams.\
