    • Additionally, the Career Advisor will identify new business opportunities, develop client accounts, and meet sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs, culture, and job requirements.

    2. Candidate Management: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, matching them to suitable job opportunities, and preparing them for interviews.

    3. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, developing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and contributing to revenue growth.

    4. Administrative & Compliance: Managing job postings, ensuring all recruitment activities comply with regulatory guidelines, preparing reports, and updating recruitment systems.

  • Requirements:

    • Education: Min NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in any field.

    • Skills: Sales-driven, results-oriented, motivated by targets, ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
