Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team. In this challenging contract role, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for one of the world's leading online payments companies.

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery. This includes sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in an on-site or off-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profiles and/or build talent pools for current and future engagements.
  • Conduct timely, professional, and responsive interactions with clients.
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  • Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for recruitment processes.
  • Process management and sourcing.
  • Follow agreed client recruitment processes for recruitment delivery.
  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list processes.
  • Candidate relationship management.
  • Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven client-facing experience interacting with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Solid experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews.
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills to maintain complex recruitment trackers.
  • Able to develop and execute sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
  • Comfortable managing the whole recruitment process from role briefings to offer creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Demonstrated experience providing daily direction to associate recruiters and ensuring a pipeline of suitable candidates is created.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with clients and in large group settings.
  • Strong customer and results orientation.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Energetic, confidence, maturity, and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Hold a current CEI and be legally entitled to work in Singapore.
