Job Title:

Personal Care Officer

Job Description

As a Personal Care Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. This includes planning and supervising the care of residents, developing and implementing programs and activities to promote their overall well-being, and maintaining accurate records of monthly interviews.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of the Home's equipment and the cleanliness of the premises. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need a Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a relevant field. You must also be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
