Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Centre Support Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our learning centres, fostering strong relationships between franchisees and our organization.

The Centre Support Manager will be responsible for conducting periodic visits to the centres, observing operations, and providing consultation for continuous improvement. They will also assist franchisees in addressing customer complaints, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring that marketing materials align with our brand standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications, including Excel, Word, and email
  • Aptitude to learn internal computer systems
  • Strong leadership skills and operations management experience
