As a Central Migration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions of systems and processes.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting client platform-related issues, responding promptly to incidents, and providing timely status updates to relevant parties. You will also be responsible for performing service requests related to client platforms, monitoring agreed-upon service levels, documenting and maintaining system configurations, and providing regular reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, you will be involved in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, perform follow-ups with vendors on hardware replacement, manage assets, and update asset records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in migration engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
