**What the role is**
- You manage the Continuous Learning Academic Study Scheme (CLASS) and Part-Time Sponsorship Scheme (PTSS) reimbursement for the military personnel.

**What you will be working on**
- You also manage Career Transition (CT) matters for military personnel who have reached Stipulated Retirement Age (SRA). In addition, you focus on the development and review of Human Resource (HR) systems and structures. You also work closely with the management, employees and external parties to govern, execute and review those HR policies and plans effectively. Your challenges lie in having a meticulous forward-thinking mindset and possessing the ability to plan ahead which includes continually scanning for opportunities to bring about changes and future-proof existing systems and requirements.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management. You should be driven and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
