Service Delivery Specialist Job
We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to be the primary point of contact with our clients, receiving service calls and coordinating service activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our technicians and engineers to ensure prompt attendance to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose issues with material handling equipment on-site
- Respond to client calls for service requests and maintain service records in SAP
- Plan, coordinate, and dispatch service technicians and engineers to jobs
- Manage job overviews and provide feedback to clients as needed
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations
- Schedule preventive maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate data in the system
- Provide excellent client service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of after-sales processes and portfolio management
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Able to manage challenging client interactions effectively
Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 6:00pm (hybrid work arrangement available after probation)
Experienced professionals in customer-focused roles, Microsoft Office, aftersales, dispatching, team player, and emotional intelligence are preferred.
