Job Title: Disruptive Events Advisory Leader

About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Disruptive Events Advisory Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing engagement teams to perform advisory, audit, assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries.

As a leader, you will guide and mentor your team members, review their work, develop and maintain good relationships with clients, and assist partners in planning work and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engagement teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
  • Guide and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Review and ensure the quality of team members' work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Assist partners in planning work and change management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years relevant audit experience in a professional practice
  • A member of MIA/MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA Australia or equivalent
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Experience in IPO related services and audit in well-established professional services firms is an added advantage
