About the role

We provide specialized knowledge and experience to each situation, customized to our clients' needs.

The Associate Director supports the team in obtaining and executing brokerage and advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and management of transactions and advisory mandates.
  • Active role in business development and pitches with the wider team.
  • Contribution to key database information.
  • Building and updating knowledge of team and relationships with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilization of market conditions and active buyers to select target buyers for mandates.
  • Presentation of information about acquisition and advisory opportunities to potential buyers.
Requirements
  • Experience in transactions and deal processes from preparation to closing.
  • Experience in the property industry; specific knowledge of Hotels.
  • Commercial acumen to understand the industry, investor network.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • RICS Registered is an added advantage.
