Tax Advisory Leader

We are seeking a Tax Advisory Leader to join our tax team in a dynamic real estate investment management and development company. This role will focus on providing expert tax advisory and income tax compliance support to the business units.
You will partner with various business units to advise on transfer pricing, tax planning strategies, and related implications. You will oversee tax reviews and manage disputes, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations and maintaining a favorable tax position.
In addition, you will engage in M&A and divestment activities with an emphasis on tax considerations. You will stay up-to-date with changes in Singapore and overseas tax rules and communicate implications to stakeholders.
- Provide tax advisory and income tax compliance support.
- Partner with business units on transfer pricing, tax planning strategies, and related implications.
- Oversee tax reviews and manage disputes.
- Ensure compliance with global tax regulations; maintain a favorable tax position.
- Engage in M&A and divestment activities with emphasis on tax considerations.
- Stay up to date with changes in Singapore and overseas tax rules and communicate implications to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with strong knowledge of BEPS 2.0 (Pillar Two).
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred with confidence speaking Mandarin due to Chinese business entities and counterparties.
