Job Title: Tax Advisory Professional

We are seeking an experienced Tax Advisory Professional to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on tax matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on tax structures and compliance matters
  • Lead tax advisory engagements, including new acquisitions, exits, restructurings, and refinancing
  • Collaborate with directors to develop proposals and bring tax competency offerings to clients
  • Perform technical research and collect relevant information to provide value-adding recommendations to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Singtax; knowledge of RPA and automation tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management, objective, good interpersonal and communication skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and familiar with Singapore Income Tax Act
