Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive InfoSec strategies and roadmaps to ensure enterprise-wide security.
  • Design and architect security solutions for cloud platforms using native services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Provide expert guidance on secure cloud architecture principles and best practices to drive security posture improvement.
  • Conduct thorough security risk assessments and manage security incidents to minimize business impact.
  • Drive process improvements for IT Security risk management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead security posture analysis and vulnerability management initiatives to identify and mitigate risks.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Security and risk management, preferably in financial services or large organizations.
  • Expertise in threat modeling, risk management, and financial services IS policies, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI/DSS, SOC 2 standards, and knowledge of security technologies and SOC operations.
  • Relevant product certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA Security, and industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocol and network security principles, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proven track record in enterprise security posture analysis and regional compliance, with a strong focus on security posture improvement.
